It looks like the BH side of the BX2x series has been covered pretty well in recent weeks. My question pertains to their FL capabilities. The job I have is to scrape off the top 4-6" of soil around my house. We are having the old lead painted siding removed this summer and I'm hoping to at the same time rid the property of the contamintated soil.

Do people think the BX series machines are powerful enough to skim off the soil, or should I be looking at something with a bit more weight and HP.

Thanks.

It could do the job very easily. I wonder how you plan on disposing of the contaminated soil? ....
